Boston Bound!

This is slightly overdue and by now you all know that Darren was accepted into the Boston Marathon. Regardless, bragging rights can continue!

We are all so excited and PROUD of Darren!! If anyone wants to go to Boston in April, let us know!! We'll see you there!

Darren asked me today if I've given up on our blog...I guess it's time to update! We've been on the go for the past 2 months. We just got home from our hunting/girls weekend trip to CO. Darren had a blast just sitting outside in the beautiful CO mountains, while us girls shopped and drank wine.

Oh Boy...

Most of you have heard the story of Nadia pole dancing at our church festival last year. She couldn't get enough of the pole that held up the tent where the band was playing. Darren and I heard numerous times throughout the night from people we've never met that we need to do a better job keeping her off the pole. Unfortunately, we didn't have our camera with us at the time.

Well...we went to the festival last night and brought the camera with just in case. What do you think? Do we need to start intervention now?

Nadia absolutely adores our neighbor, Lauren. She is about 10 years old but the age difference doesn't seem to stop them from having fun together! The minute we get home from daycare, Nadia asks if she can go play with Lauren.

End of Summer Fun

It seems like fall is already in the air in MN and we are trying to cram in as many summer activities as we possibly can!

We met Lisa, Nora, Hana & the boys and a few other friends at the zoo a few weeks ago. Right as we were stepping out of the van to head in it started down pouring. By the time we made it in, we were all soaking wet but nothing was going to stop us from seeing the animals!

Last weekend was the annual Johnson - Radke Palooza. It's a fun day of BBQ, beer and bonfires! Nadia had a blast playing with Nora, Kendall and all the other kids.
