March Madness

I just realized how long it has been since my last post...sorry Mom! Life for us has been full of work, house renovations and keeping up with a 16 month old! Nadia is still a spaz and makes us laugh daily. She loves to dance now and will bust a move as soon as she hears music. She is also finally trying to stand on her own now...still no walking. We're hoping that she'll catch on over the next 2 months. We have been taking her swimming at the gym quite a bit lately. She loves the water and Darren actually took her down the water slide last weekend. She loved it and wouldn't let him stop taking her down!

Darrell, Dorita and Dana came for a weekend visit in February. We all went down to Dion's for a day and did some snowmobiling. Nadia was not too impressed.

We've also been going through some home renovations. Our laundry room and crawl space downstairs are finished and we also have new kitchen appliances, counter tops and a backsplash. I love it! Nadia tried to help Darren take out appliances...he's been waiting for the age when she can help out around the house...he asked for it!Nadia's favorite things right now are her blankie (she calls it her pretty), cheese, ice cream and books. She's finally into books!! We talked Dion into watching her this week for a day since her daycare was closed. It sounds like they had a good time...thank you Dion!

We are getting excited for the upcoming Months. Ya Ya and Pa Pa Field are coming for a visit in April, we'll be in Fargo in May for the Fargo Marathon and Dion and Laura's wedding is over Memorial Weekend. Bring on the Fun!
